Introduce Image - This graph represents the Title + X-axis or as appropriate for the given image (10 seconds) - like
The image shows, the horizontal graph shows, the pie chart shows, the picture shows etc.
Key Features - Most noticeable features and smooth talk (20 seconds) - like image shows - sharp increase, gradual decline, read things written on side of graph,source of information, what is X and Y axis showing.
Conclusion - start with word "Overall" or "In Conclusion", single sentence (10 seconds)
Note: Oral Fluency is more important than Content. You can repeat sentence twice or thrice as well but should be separated by some other sentence. - Retell Lecture

Speak at least 5 sentences
Use arrows & symbols in the Notes to indicate order or flow

Fluency matters the most.
The speak everything that you have written with names facts etc.
In the end, say - to conclude or overall and speak one or two sentences.
Don't bother about information being repeated or you forgot to say something. It is fluency that will help u. Speak on Normal tone and pace that you have. - Answer Short Questions

Listen carefully
If you don't recall the word, sayaaaaaaaaah - this can help u keeping the mike on (as after 3 seconds, mike will go off)

Use FANBOY connector words. FANBOY = For,And,Nor,But,Or,Yet
use while, whereas, however etc as well
Strictly less than 70 words ideally 50 -52 words strictly. No less than 47 words.
One sentence only
Use max of two commas
Start with Capital and end with full stop

Search for Heading/Topic Sentence that stands alone
Check Proper Nouns-Common nouns-Pronoun-Articles Usage-Time Phrases order to re-order the sentences.
Proper Nouns - Atlantic Ocean, Walt Disney, etc
Common Nouns - Man, Mountain, etc
Pronoun - He, She, They, Them, etc
Articles Usage - a, an, the. "The" refers to a noun already introduced earlier
Time Phrases - Passive voice refers back to another sentence
Other Phrases - However, Moreover, Although, Also, etc
Use the following strategy:
Line 1: Subject is followed by an object.
Line 2: Object of line 1 becomes the subject of line 2 and is followed by an object.
Line 3: Object of line 2 becomes the subject of line 3 and is followed by an object and so on.
This is a full proof strategy and will help you re-order paragraphs. - Fill in the Blanks (Both Reading\Writing)
Skim through the Passage first
Concentrate on parts of speech before and after the Blank

Carefully listen to nouns - singular/plural?
Take care of Spellings. The answer is Wrong if Spelling is wrong. - Select Missing Word
Straightforward listening and following each word that is on screen.

Get the Gist of the speaker. - Highlight Incorrect Words
Single Left Mouse Click on the Incorrect Word. Use the mouse to click and highlight the word as the speaker speaks the wrong word. Double click will remove your selection.
Be Quick as the speaker can be fast at times. - Write Dictation
Use Notepad or Type, whichever is more comfortable.
Start with Capital and End with the Full stop.

Remember everything.
Do whichever way you like but every wrong spelling will cost you big so be careful.
